Run 31: I’m running 31 miles in January for the air ambulance

Health kicks, feel good and no wine – is that what January’s about?!
One out of three isn’t bad – I’ve decided to do some charity work this month, by running 31 miles in 31 days as part of the Air Ambulance Kent, Sussex, Surrey (AAKSS) Run31 challenge.

I was gobsmacked to know that AAKSS is 88% funded by donations – wow! It’s such a highly skilled service yet it’s not government-funded.
You never know when you might need them – hopefully we never will, so supporting them is important to me.

If you’d like to sponsor me, I’d be very grateful! If you can’t at the moment, do instead share their social media posts or remember them in the future if you’re looking for a charity to support in some way.

Wish me luck!
