Hawk Surveying was founded by owner and director, Emma Railton-Hoad BSc (Hons). Her 15-year career spans a wide range of diverse projects from house extensions, to revamped hospital wards and high end educational facilities.

Her past experience has taken her as far afield as Australia, where she worked on a large university building for the University of Technology in Sydney, which included one of the country’s largest teaching super labs and a unique double helix spiral feature staircase. Hawk Surveying now focuses on providing expertise throughout Kent, London and the South East.

Emma and her dedicated team are specialists in cost control, procurement, contractual advice and risk management. Listening to your ideas, plans and concerns, they will guide you through every stage of the project from planning to post-construction support. With communication and attention to detail at the heart of their approach, they have earned a reputation for trust and reliability.
