Scope:
Hawk was involved for this project, in the pre-construction stage, responsible for package tendering, value engineering and cashflow forecasting.
Alongside this, we were also responsible for internal adjudication, sign-off protocols, plus contract T&Cs negotiations.

Challenges:
The project involved a few challenges along the way, including some packages being over budget, a lengthy value engineering process, followed by tight timescales and a complex contracts set-up.

Outcome:
The contract was awarded and construction commenced as planned, resulting in an iconic and flagship project for client.
