Scope:
My client’s task was to remove high voltage cables and associated plants from disused National Rail estates. Our continuing role on this project is to manage specialist changes from the supply chain through to the main contractor and their client, National Rail. We are working to ensure all contracts secure the best position for the client.

Challenges:
Another specialised and technical project, we are in regular liaison with specialist teams to ensure full understanding of the scope of their work and reasons for changes. We regularly review contracts to ensure appropriate entitlement for all parties, management of expectations and understanding of contractual obligations.

Outcome:
This project represents an exciting challenge and we are currently on track in terms of budget and completion by Christmas 2020.
