Scope:
This project involved removal, demolition and replacement of the existing out of gauge facilities. We supported with the post contract procurement process on this specialised and technical project.

Challenges:
Completing the project swiftly within a tight window between peak seasons of travel was essential to ensure no disruption to conveyors and scanners at any time. We worked closely with specialist teams to ensure precise co-ordination at all times.

Outcome:
The team was very quickly brought up to speed with understanding the form of contract, once Hawk arrived. Notices were issued in a timely manner and whilst this was at times a challenging project everything was resolved and client liaison was maintained.
