Scope:
Hawk Surveying was the commercial lead on preconstruction services, including leading the commercial team through the tender and market stage up to securing the contract for this new primary school construction

Challenges:
Issues arose with scope gaps in packages. We worked closely with consultants and internal teams to source alternative products and construction methods which helped to minimise any commercial risk.

Outcome:
We helped to secure the contract for Galliford Try who went on to deliver a successful, profitable project.
